Refund policy

Hey Gorgeous Babes ! We Accept Returns & Exchanges on Full Price Items ONLY. Once customer utilize promo code or purchase item at sale price, than the transaction would be considered final Sale. All sales outside of website is Finale sale; no exchanges or returns are allowed for transactions outside of the website. (Example: Pop up shops , Facebook Direct Messages, in Person or Via Text) 

All products online is onhand and ready for same day pick up. Please be advised we do not process returns on shipping charges. 

**ANY ITEM PROCESSED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGED REQUIRES YOU TO PAY FOR RESHIPMENT, WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPMENT OR IT CAN NOT BE DROPPED OFF AT ANY OF OUR CHICAGO LOCATIONS**

Approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SoGorgeous Boutique  E-Gift Card unless requested before processing to be returned to the original payment method. SoGorgeous Boutique does not issue store credit for the original shipping or delivery charges. Customers may also be responsible for the restocking fee if the product was removed from Original packaging. 

Lost Package- We are not responsible if your delivery is announced “lost” or “stolen” from carrier. Please be sure you only ship to an secured address. If your package is lost or stolen we will provide you with tracking information to contact carrier. 

All items onhand items will be shipped 1-2 days after order processed. SoGorgeous is not responsible for shipping charges or inflation of shipping cost. All customers are required to cover their shipping cost per desire carrier & speed of delivery.
